To drink, a Turkish tea is the best selection you can make during your holiday in Turkey. It is an important tradition, imported from China over a century ago, and today is extremely popular. The tea complements with the Turkish coffee, something more traditional, with Turkish anise and liquid yogurt.

To eat, more of the same variety, from fried mussels filled with rice, to ground meat with ingredients and spices, and everything mixed in a pizza bread. You'll find in kebap or kebah on many a restaurant menu, especially in fast food, in bars...
